New Idea – Combine Body Jet Water assisted Liposuction with Slim Lipo
Slim lipo laser assisted liposuction is the best laser assisted liposuction device on the market for melting fat and tightening the skin, but what about removing larger volumes of fatty tissue. The Body Jet by Eclipse Medical is a device that was just approved in the US and is the answer. By using a controlled spray of dilute anesthetic solution in a saline base the Body Jet gently teases the fat cells away from their attachments and allows for gentle liposuction of large volumes of fat. The simultaneous application of the anesthetic spray and the suction decreases the possibility of lidocaine over-dosage.
In cases where there is a need for large volume liposuction and a need for skin tightening, I use the Body Jet first to remove the fatty tissue and then follow with Slim Lipo for skin tightening. This is the best of both worlds and results in the best results that I have seen since I have been doing liposuction ( 23 years).

liposuction maybe needed by persons with very slow metabolism as they easily get fat.*’*
I agree howver there are areas that are resistant to weight loss such as the “saddle bags”.

Liposuction is not for losing weight. You are correct about that. Lipo is great for spot reduction especially for those diet resistant areas such as the saddle bags.
